Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using calMator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

calMator is a calendar synchronization service that allows you to sync events between your calendars. The Service creates "busy" blocks on target calendars based on events from source calendars, according to rules you configure.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

Subscription and Payment

Pricing

  • Monthly: $5/month
  • Annual: $36/year

Free Trial

  • 7-day free trial, no credit card required
  • Full access to all features during trial

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

Refunds

  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Contact support@calmator.com for refund inquiries

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

Calendar Provider Terms

Your use of calendar providers (Google, Microsoft, etc.) through the Service is also subject to their respective terms of service. You are responsible for complying with those terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by calMator and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALMATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless calMator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the application settings.

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will end
  • Your data will be deleted
  • Synced events in your calendars will remain unless you delete them

Governing Law
